Patient transfer sheet / emergency transfer sheet

Hospital Direct’s washable Patient Transfer Sheet enables users to transfer their patients from one lying surface to another across a lateral transfer board. For example: from Trolley to bed; bed to bed; bed to anaesthetic trolley, anaesthetic trolley to operating table.

Designed specifically for the task it features a strong nylon fabric, friendly to skin , and a number of handles positioned strategically along each long edge. These handles are long and looped, enabling staff to hold them easily and transfer patients without reaching.

Traditionally made with three handles down each edge, we also offer a second choice with four handles down each long edge, developed for a specific Trust and now available to all customers dependant upon your requirements.

Note: This product is purely a lateral transfer device. It is not a general repositioning sheet.
