We provided the largest NHS Trust with quality UK made PPE, and was the lead supplier for the Nightingale Hospitals. We are proud to support the country we manufacture in.”

“ISO 13485 was written to support medical device manufacturers and implements the processes required for consistent design, development, production, installation, and delivery. The ISO13485 accreditation ensures reliability and quality of the medical device in different countries, proof of compliance with legal, regulatory, contractual, and marketing requirements, demonstrates product safety to the patient/end user. This accreditation is hugely beneficial to Hospital Direct, and we are all exceptionally proud of this achievement.”
ISO 14001 : 2015

“ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an environmental management system. It helps organisations improve their environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste. It also helps to reduce operating costs and helps maintain margin under price pressure. Being awarded ISO14001 boosts the reputation of Hospital Direct and gives access to customers that demand their suppliers hold a certified environmental management standard.”

“ISO 45001 is the worlds international standard for occupational health and safety, issued to protect employees and visitors from work-related accidents and diseases.
We are not required by law to implement ISO 45001, but it can help provide a structured framework for ensuring a safe and healthy workplace. Being awarded ISO 45001 status reduces downtime and overall costs, which can be reflected to our customers.”
