The Bed Bath Soap Sponges are ideal for patients who need a full body wash but are unable to use a shower.

Bed-bound and immobile patients can wash thoroughly using these light, hand-sized Bed Bath Sponges. Disposable sponges need just one tablespoon of water for a patient to complete an independent, full-body wash in bed, allowing them to wash with dignity. The in-bed cleaning solution is unique to Hospital Direct and couldn’t be easier to use. Simply remove the sponge from the packet, add a little water and lather up like you would a flannel with soap. Once finished, dispose of the sponge in a bin.

The Wet Wash n’ Wipe sponges are superb for use in all care environments and are more effective than wet wipes and flannels. The in-bed wash formulation is pre-loaded with a gentle, PH neutral, hypoallergenic soap which only requires a small amount of water to activate into a cleansing foam.

Hospital Direct stocks the soft bed bath sponges, and these soft sponges are excellent for regular bed baths. The sponges are fully disposable, helping to prevent cross-contamination and the spread of infection in your organisation.
